I love tsukemen but especially this type is my favorlite. Also I love that flat pressed noodle with lighty brothed konbu-water. Chicken here is marvelous! It was cold day so I wanted add hot soup. Too bad. I need hot soup but great to have it in summer. Highly not recommend to have cold day like today.
